Trauma Coaching
Before the first session, we will discuss your goals and align on an action plan over on a consultation call.

Safe, supportive space for you to share openly.
Guided embodiment practices for nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and anchoring to the present. We will align before beginning.
Identify and discuss behavioral patterns and strategies for managing emotions independently. This can be done in the conscious or subconscious state. We will align before beginning.
At the conclusion of the session, we will discuss any next steps or additional resources.

I will share any resources discussed. This may be personal assessments, educational information, or skill building techniques. My hope is to leave you with fundamentals for ongoing emotional regulation and resiliency.

All support is individual to the person and the moment. Jen utilizes a variety of methods, tool, and techniques from her trainings.
Jen believes in taking the most care with mental health and trauma. Safety and privacy is always her first priority, in and out of session.
All sessions are virtual over video chat.
Each session is 1 hour.

Reiki and Telepathy For Pets
Before the first session, we will identify the focus for your pet and align on the recovery plan over a consultation call.

Walk through the session plan, ensuring to adjust for anything new that’s come up since our consult call.
Provide full body Reiki energy work to your pet, focusing on the known area(s) and as directed by your pet or Reiki.
Ask your pet to connect telepathically, most say yes but some cats can take a couple of visits to warm up. Have your questions ready and your hearts open. Jen will share their conversation as it happens, translating from pictures, feelings, and sound.
After the session, Jen will provide any additional resources discussed and messages that come through over the next 2 weeks. Sometimes the pets pop back into her mind ready to share.

Always work alongside your Veterinarian to ensure the best care for your pet. Jen is not a Vet and cannot diagnose.
Reiki has been shown to be highly effective for physical and emotional health concerns. It is not a guaranteed cure. Always work alongside your vet.
Telepathy is a method for connecting to your pet. It does not guarantee complete understanding or knowing. Jen will ask lots of questions to get to the root and share the conversation in case something resonates with you.
Jen works with (and loves) dogs, cats, and most other animals.
Remote sessions are available upon request. In person sessions have been found to be most effective.
Each session is 30 minutes. It is best to schedule visits with as little disruption as possible to your pet’s routine and environment.
Fee: $100, additional travel fee for outside San Diego will apply.
