Pet Reiki
I have always loved animals and cherished my pets, usually having at least 3 at a time. As one of my callings is to help those without a voice, I thought it only fitting to bring a little unconditional love and care to our furry babies. I call this, My Pet Project. With this service, I provide Reiki to pets in home to support their emotional and physical well-being. My approach combines Reiki, therapeutic safety techniques, and my intuitive telepathic skills for a holistic care.
I was fortunate enough to be born with gifts that allow me to connect to skills like telepathic communication and the spirit world. While I will be sensitive to your comfort level with this, it is only used to help your dog express what they would like you to know or anything that would make them very happy. This gift helps me connect deeper to your pet to make them feel more comfortable and allow for greater healing to occur.
What are therapeutic safety techniques?
I utilize my training as a trauma-informed Somatic Healer and NLP Coach and personal research on animals. I understand the emotions behind the behavior so that I can provide what the pet needs in that moment to feel safe. This is also where telepathic communication comes in handy and we always go at your pet’s pace.
What is Pet Reiki?
Reiki is a universal energy that I am privileged to be able to tap into and channel for healing ailments such as ease physical pain, support recovery from illness, and promote deep relaxation. I may gently lay my hands on your pet while petting and comforting them. It simply feels like my hands are a gently heating pad.
What to Expect
30-35 min in-home visit which will give us enough time to get acquainted and for the Reiki treatment. I will also offer to connect with your pet to see if there is anything they would like to share.
Most treatment plans require a few visits to have a long lasting impact but we will discuss any follow up suggestions at the end of the visit and it is always at your discretion.
