About Me

I knew early in life that I was meant to help people.

Balancing a life of shoulds with a life of wants, I realized how.

I spent the majority of my life asking for advice and guidance on what to do and how to improve. I followed the guidance and always tried my best but it never seemed to be the right thing and definitely didn’t make me happy.

And one day I decided to listen to all the mindset work and healing advice and stopped listening to all the other voices except for mine. If I am my greatest knowing, then all I needed was to learn to listen to me.

So opposed to other kinds of healing support that at times ignore these and cause you to think or rationalize your way out of those feelings, this method naturally has you get in touch with those uncomfortable feelings and feel them deeply, so the true healing work can take place.
