Come join us for a relaxing day of self-care activities, workshops, and discussions focused on taking care of our mental well-being. The day will include Yin Yoga, Breathwork, Felt Sense and Inner Child Meditation, Mental Health talk and panel discussion and Sound Bath and Tea. Bring a mat, journal and ready to heal. There will be some local vendors supporting mental well-being as well.
