You’ll be gently guided through practices to release both energetic and physical tension your body may be holding. As we explore these sensations, you’ll gain insight into what your body is communicating. By honoring these messages, you’ll create space for relaxation, new possibilities, and meaningful affirmations.

Please come prepared with comfortable layers, a blanket, water, and a journal. It’s normal to notice temperature shifts during the session. At the end, you’ll use your journal to capture affirmations and outline integration steps to support your ongoing well-being. For the best experience, ensure you’re in a cozy space with back support and minimal distractions.
